Delivery

This service applies to all orders for delivery to a UK mainland address*

Delivery methods and costs are determined by the order value and delivery destination.

The delivery service options and costs for your order are shown at the checkout.

Deliveries are made using our own vehicles or third-party courier services.

Orders are processed Mondays-Fridays only (excluding bank holidays). We aim to despatch all orders for delivery within 3 working days.

If you have a preferred delivery date, please add this information when completing the checkout process and we'll do our best to meet your requirements.

Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will not be processed until the next working day. Details of delivery services over public holiday periods inc. Easter & Christmas are advertised on this site nearer the time.

Business Account Customers

If you are a Business Account Customer with agreed contract terms, please note that your contracted delivery charges will be applied at the checkout (once you have logged in).

International/Export Orders

Our products are exported to countries worldwide. At present we can only arrange to a UK destination of your choice, this may be your selected freight forwarding agent for example. If you would to arrange order payment in Euros or US Dollars, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Stock Availability

The vast majority of products advertised on this website are stocked items. These products will feature either an 'In Stock' or 'Out of Stock' message on the product listing page.

If a product is 'Out of Stock', Business Account customers can log in and place items on backorder. For card and Paypal customers, we cannot accept backorders, please use the "Notify me when back in stock" feature on the product page, and you'll be emailed as soon as stock is available.
